Microsoft expects to see IT departments and small businesses that have been reluctant to grow and support more technology to pursue this new avenue, much like the way companies went to personal-appearance banking to online banking. It did take some convincing, but because the technologies were well in place, most banking customers are doing much of their banking online now.
